In May of 2010 Chief David Dodge along with Assistant Chief Roberts and the Board of Fire Commisioners welcomed the arrival of two Pierce fire trucks.  The event was held at Guilderland Center Fire House and our guests included fire departments from all over the county.  It was a great ceremony and a special thanks goes out to all of you man hours put into building these trucks and make our dreams a reality.

Fully involved upon arrival

On July 15th 2010 at approximately 1530 Guilderland Center along with Voorheesville Fire Departments were dispatched to a reported structure fire. Car 402 called in service and requested mutual from other companies based on information given.  Upon arrival the building was fully involved and a defensive fire attack was taken to protect all exposures.  The fire was fought by 9 mutual aid fire companies.  Thank you to those who assisted and see our photos for other pictures from recent fires.
